Managers of McDonald’s restaurants from across China come together in their thousands for the McDonald’s China Restaurant General Manager Convention. The biennial event is an opportunity for the company to thank their key people for their efforts, recognise their accomplishments, and share their vision for the future.
The latest edition of this epic convention ran for three days at Macau Sands Resorts, with more than 6,000 managers attending. Pico was responsible for venue design and construction, event planning and operation.
Centrepiece of the venue was a 3,800 sq. LED screen which magnified every glorious moment atop the event’s 108m T-shaped stage. The same screen also dazzled the crowd with spectacular visual effects, while upbeat live music from the stage helped to put each attendee in a mood of energetic cheerfulness.
